International Apostille Services, Inc. is the leader in authenticating documents issued from the State of California.  Our staff is knowledgeable in answering questions regarding obtaining a California Apostille  We recommend that you mail in or drop-off your documents at our San Francisco office. Our office doors are open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Our call center is open Monday-Saturday from 8am to 7pm.   We recommend that you contact us before you send in your documents for processing.

Documents received Monday – Friday are processed the following business day with the California Secretary of State’s office in Sacramento.  This ensures that your documents will be processed quickly saving you time and money.  We also provide FedEx return shipping at no additional cost.

The first step is to contact our office so we can review your documents over the phone.  Documents issued from the State of California can be apostilled through our San Francisco office.  Documents issued from the other States, can be processed through our other seven offices.  Please note that we also have an office in Los Angeles.

Once we have had a chance to speak with you over the phone, we will email you the order forms and instructions.  You are more than welcome to stop by our office to drop off your documents or simply mail them in. It’s your choice!
