We can apostille birth certificates issued from all nine counties of the San Francisco Bay area which includes:  Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma.  The major cities we receive documents from are: San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose.

We can apostille birth certificates issued from the San Francisco County Clerk or any of the nine counties listed above the day after we receive your documents.  Unbeknownst to most of our clients, the California Secretary of State does not have an office in San Francisco.  Everyday, we drive to the California Secretary of State’s office in Sacramento to authenticate documents received the day before.

For example, documents received today will be processed the following business day and delivered the next business morning by FedEx priority shipping to your location.  Our quick next business day turn-around ensures your documents will be completed quickly and professionally.  We can also provide FedEx International shipping for an additional cost.  Our Los Angeles Apostille service can authenticate your documents the same-day.  If time is of the essence, please mail your documents to our Los Angeles – Burbank office.

Most of our clients mail-in their documents to our office.  If you fee more comfortable, you can drop-off your documents with our receptionist for processing.  Keep in mind that we ask that you complete the order form and credit card authorization form and include with your original documents.  Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Our Customer service hours are 8am to 7pm Monday – Saturday.

The State of California can only apostille birth certificates issued from the County Clerk. If your document has been issued by the Health Department and signed by a Medical Doctor, you either need to obtain a certified copy from the County Clerk or mail-in the document you currently have and we can authenticate it through the County and State.
