If you are in the San Francisco area, you can mail-in or drop-off your documents anytime from 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday.  Our customer service hours are Monday-Saturday from 8am to 7pm.  Documents received before 4pm will be processed the following business day with the California Secretary of State’s office in Sacramento.  Once complete and verified, your documents will be shipped back to your return address by FedEx priority shipping.  We also provide FedEx International Priority shipping.

Our California office is able to apostille documents originating from all 58 Counties in California including documents that require notarization.  If your documents are from another country (Example: Power of Attorney Apostille), you will need to meet with a local notary to have your signature notarized on the document.  In the State of California, as long as you can speak English, your document can be notarized even if it’s written in another language.  If your documents originated from another State (Example: Florida), go ahead and Contact Us.  We have seven offices located through the United States and Washington, D.C. to help expedite the processing of all of your documents.
